Dynamic Hyperlink

Hello guys,

i am looking to create an excel file that will allow people to click on a name and view an image of the person.

the issue that i am facing is that this file will be moved and the path that i have in the Hyperlink formula will not work once the file is moved.

is there anyway that i create a Hyperlink formula where in cell A1 i put the new path and the formula is updated automatically???

Or is there a better way to do this?
