Hello everyone !

I recently created an order form in which people have dropdowns in which they can select multiple options (same options in each dropdowns).

I'm hoping to have a text box open (with 3 check boxes options) when one of the option is selected in order to ask what additionnal requirements they might have. Then, once they selected the options in the text box, comments would be added in a specific field with the selected requirements.

So for example :
Cell A25 to A 34 have the dropdowns
In each dropdowns, I have over 20 options
When option "Contest Kit" is selected, a text box would open with the following options:

  1. [*=1]Add tent
    [*=1]Add backdrop
    [*=1]Add iPads
When they click the OK button, the comments to add the different items would be added to cell A50

Can that be done ?
