I am trying to set a conditional format where if A1="T" then cells A1:P! are set to a specific color.
I can only get it to work in A1, cant get it to color the rest of the cells.
can anyone help?

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Select A1:P1
Then use =$a1="T" as CF and format as required
