Pivot Table not picking up the correct % info

Hi I am hoping you can help I have a pivot table and when I go to add data in the table the data pulled and added into my column is not in the % format. I have tried changing both the column format and the data format.
Please help I am hoping to have this table done today.

Confirm with the isnumber() function that your data isn't stored as text.
