I have 10 tables with 3 columns, and several rows of data. I need to create a formula in my summary table (table 11) that will show me only the unique rows that exist in all 10 tables.

Several of the tables have the same row values for column 1, 2, and 3.
In this case the summary table will contain one row with the data

Some of the rows may have a different name in Column A, but Column B and Column C contain identical values
In this case the summary table will contain 2 rows with the different names in Column A

Some of the rows may have a different name in Column A, different account type in Column B, and same number in Column C
In this case the summary table will contain 4 rows, 2 with the different names in Column A, 2 with the different account type in column B, and all 4 with the same number in Column C

I appreciate any help on this.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
If I understand correct,
You can try PowerQuery (2010 add-in, 2013 add-in, 2016 built-in, all PC not Mac)
Load 10 tables into PQ, change headers to be the same for appropriate columns, append all 10 tables, then remove duplicates and load to the summary sheet
