Hey all,

I am creating my first vba code which will help me a lot at work. The aim of this vba code to convert excel file with many formulas, sheets and data into an excel file ready to send to the client - without only two sheets, less data and formulas. This code will help me to save a lot of time at work. Hope, You will help me to deal with codes which I cannot find in any websites.

Feelling totally lost in this vba languaage (at least know "sub" and "end sub" meanings :ROFLMAO:)
Hope, one day I will be fluent in this as much as You guys

Thank You, Best wishes, Eva;)

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
To start with, I have difficulties with errors.

Now I have code which deletes hidden rows and columns from specific sheet. Because of deleted cells some formulas become like: "=L41*#REF!" or "=L366+#REF!+#REF!+#REF!"
Thats normal, but I would like to find code which would delete that "*#REF!" or "=+#REF!". To consume, all "+#REF!" values from last row would be replaced into " "
Meanwhile, "*#REF!" values from M column whould be also replaced into " "

Is there anybody, who can help me?

By the way, when I try replacement codes from this site it make my chosen cell blank - deletes even =L41 formula...

If this is exactly the same routine each time (deleting same sheets, converting same formulas, etc) have you tried using the macro recorder. It will record and replay each and every thing you do. Find it on the bottom-left of the window, next to READY and NUMLOCK.

1. make sure you SAVE your file - and maybe even make a copy so you wont lose anything.
2. practice what you want to do a few times, so you know exactly what you are doing.
3. click the macro record button - bottom left, next to the READY icon.
4. Give the macro a name that YOU recognize and remember.
5. go through the steps as you would normally
6. when finished, click the record button again

You can then add a button, if you want and link the macro to that
