VBA UDF return multiple results

I've used this UDF for many years to return all matched results and it works fine. On this one particular workbook it does not immediately return the results until I go to the source tab and activate a cell and hit enter. After that, the results return fine. Obviously this will not work for the customer.

I'm using VBA to fill in the UDF results, but again, no results. I know it has something to do with this workbook and it's not mine, so I can't rebuild it or that would be my preferred option.

Can anybody offer a suggestion? Can I clarify anything to help further?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Did you check the protections and macros? Or see what happens with a conditional textjoin (if you have a later Excel version) or a similar UDF?

I know there isn't any problems with the protections or macros as this macro runs perfectly fine in a new workbook.

As for the textjoin or a similar UDF, I'm not all that savy with any other options.

Awesome, that worked. I could only get the "ConsolidateList" UDF to work, but got me where I needed to be. Thanks.
