Assistance Required

Dear All,


I want a function that help me to retrieve data in following conditions.
Cell date Format is mm:dd:yy hh:mm:ss. Cell Value is in col K2.
if date column match in between date range (07-01-18 to 07-31-18) then value of following function return in a separate cell.
COUNTIFS(PM!F:F,"HVA",PM!D:D,"WSCH")+COUNTIFS(PM!F:F,"HVA",PM!D:D,"WPLAN")+COUNTIFS(PM!F:F,"HVA",PM!D:D,"WASIGN")+COUNTIFS(PM!F:F,"HVA",PM!D:D,
