Merge mail with a part of pivot table

Hi,
i have a pivot table with a columns like a tax number, (NIP) company name (kontrahent - nazwa pełna), a lot of invoices (symbol należności), and sum of rentals (kwota do zapłaty).

I have to make a merge e-mail that consists in a text - tax number, company name, and a part of pivot table that consists a invoices with rentals belong to a company.

How to solve it? How to paste a part of that pivot table into a table in merge mail in MS Word?
