if, and or type formula

I need cell V5 to equal both following situations.
V5=P5-R5-U5, this formula I have.
But, I also want V5 to equal 0 if R5=0 or blank and or U5 = 0 or blank
The second part is what I can’t figure out how to do in conjunction with the first formula, any help is appreciated.
