Copy rows based on 2 cell values

Hi

i am after a VBA code to look up the week selected in summary sheet B4, find the relevant worksheet in the workbook copy rows that match the criteria also selected in B5 Summary sheet .

I need the relevant rows copying across to the summary sheet starting at A9
