Formula to return a value where the reporting month matches on two separate worksheets

Hi there, new member here....

Looking for some support on creating a formula to return a value where the reporting month matches on two separate worksheets.

SHEET1 cell L5 is where the formula will go.

I want the formula to change the response depending on which month is typed into cell F5.

The data is contained as follows:

SHEET2 - the months are in a list from EB4 - EB29.

July
August
September
October
November
December

There are 3 different %'s for each month. These are in EC, ED & EE.

The table of data looks like this for July:

July 95.3% 1.12% 93.8%
