How do i for example, make a list of everyone who plays in Central Defender?

You can use the filter on the second column or use a pivot table.

I want it seperate though, for example in another sheet, i'll have my position at the top (Goalkeeper), then underneath that, all the players that can play there. Like in my example below:

Goalkeeper FB (Right)

Lawlor, Ian Alcock, Craig
Marosi, Marko Blair, Matty

etc....
