Macro to search text in multiple workbooks and copy data from column 2 and 4

Need a macro to search "NDA" text in every workbook and if found it has to copy Column 2 and Column 4 data.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
