Pulling in Data from a cell

Can the fy19 in the formula be replace with a cell location and full in whatever year i place into the cell?

Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

It would a two-step formula :

=MID(A1,FIND(".xlsm",A1,1)-4,4)

Code:
=SUBSTITUTE(A1,MID(A1,FIND(".xlsm",A1,1)-4,4),"fy20")
