leading 0 sometimes and number varies in lenght

the number can be from 7-16 digits and sometimes leads with zero. I cant make it show with the lead zero because the number changes in length. please help novice user. multiple combinations like 9296030230000, 112924100, 050304566, 0956455156220000. I can use as text if needed. Thank you. Sorry, also, I dont want the leading 0 if not there.
