Sending Mail Alert using Excel VBA

Hi Dears,

I Need your assistance as I have an insurance policies excel register containing each policy basic information and it also contains the inception and expiry date of the policies also I have a column tells me the remaining days to renew each policy(Renewal column).

what I need is that when I open the mentioned excel register the excel check the (renewal column) and send me an email alert to inform me that there is a policy about to be renewed,that is before 10 days of the renewal date.
