Hello Everyone,

I have a data set with the following general layout:
Column A Column B Column C Column D
Account Name Account ID #1 Account ID #2 Values to subtotal

I have multiple rows of the same account name and created a pivot table in order to get a total amount for each account name on a single row. That piece is fine.

However, I would also like my table to reflect each account name's corresponding Account ID#1 and Account ID#2 in line with the subtotal (i.e. I can copy and paste/special values all this to a new sheet and have everything reflect in the layout above, only with the subtotaled amount instead of multiples). The pivot table does include all four columns, so I know the data is there.

Is it possible for me to create this set up in a Pivot table? As I play with, it keeps adding the account IDs in as collapsible rows below my account name. What obvious thing am I missing here? :) Thanks so much for your help!

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
