Hi.

im currently working on a project but im totally lost with this one.

i have a set of data and im trying to add a button with a macro that will copy/paste the set of data to a blank column (same sheet) so when every time i change the data i will just click "add" and it will be added on a another blank column. simultaneously

thanks alot :)

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
I think this will make a lot more sense to us if you can post a small example of data, and walk us through exactly what should happen in this example.

You cannot upload files to this site. But there are tools you can use to post screen images. They are listed in Section B of this link here: http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/board-a...forum-use.html.
Also, there is a Test Here forum on this board that you can use to test out these tools to make sure they are working correctly before using them in your question.

you think you can open this?
if you don't wanna open that's okay.
i understand. :)

but if you do.

as you can see in the image
there's a add button
i used a macro recording but it only adds on the first row only.

now im thinking how to do that when i press the add again
it will be added on the next row simultaneously

Unfortunately, I cannot view that file from my present location. My workplace blocks all file sharing sites for security purposes.
Perhaps someone else you can download/view it will take a look at it.

If you do not get a response in a little while, you may want to look at trying to use one of those tools to post an image to this thread.
