Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Have you considered having your first column contain the prompts such as "name" etc and set your print area to exclude this?
For examples if your prompts are in A, have column B be the left side of your print range?

Let say you have 10 items. In cells A1:A10 you enter your keys such as name, age, address, etc. Key in the information in cells B1:B10. Highlight cells B1:B10. From the file menu, select print area and set print area. That's about it.

good luck
