Budget cost allocation model

Hello,

Looking for best formula or way to calculate staff time to allocate back to various revenue cost centres,
i have a spreadsheet which has all 5 staff members and the % of time out of 100% they spend supporting each cost centre,
if my staff budget cost was say 100k which would be best formula?

all 40 hours a week 5 days
