Can someone please help me create 2 input for a check in/out system

Can someone help me with a vba with input button - where an employee can enter their ID#, press Next, Enter the Item/Barcode#.

for each item they enter, Excel will compare it to Column A, and change the Column F(Location) to the associated name of ID#
