MsQuery Password issue

Hi,

I have a macro that runs 4 queries, however, it prompts for a password check for every query. I have them set up to remember the password & it is auto-filling the password but I still have to click ok 4 times for each query. How do I make it so that i only have to confirm the password once?

why not just remove 3 of the (im assuming) input boxes?

My bad, completely didn't explain this properly at all.

My problem I guess isn't with the macro. It's when I come to refresh!

ActiveWorkbook.RefreshAll

I use this in my macro and it refreshes 4 queries & for each query I'm prompted to click ok on the password prompt. Would like it if it only prompted once.

can you post the code? As well as any workbook/worksheet events you might have.
