VBA Vlookup using existing variable as cell reference instead of static cell reference

Hi smart people,

Any ideas on how I can replace a static cell reference in a vlookup with a variable so that I can get this to work in a loop?

.Offset(1, 2).Formula = "=VLOOKUP(A2,Data!$A$1:$M$21,2,false)"

A2 = variable nteam1

nteam1 is what I want instead of the A2 in the vlookup.

I've tried to replace the A2 with the variable name and with an offset - no luck. Thanks in advance!

I figured it out - .Offset(i, 2).Formula = "=VLOOKUP(" & nTeam1 & ",Data!$A$1:$M$21,2,false)"
