Stopwatch programming (Average Handle Time)

Trying to fix bug in sheet when time auto populates in the proper cell, the cell before it adds the date 01/01/1900 + the previous time, messing up the average handle time.
 

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
