Hello
How do I produce the following macro:

Find the duplicate texts within the cells of column R in the “Program Logic Models” worksheet that match the exact texts in B5-B94 within the “Impact Matrix” worksheet of the same workbook and apply the same conditional color from the matching record in column FB-F94 of the “Impact Matrix” worksheet to the duplicate texts in column R of the “Program Logic Models” worksheet. The conditional colors in column F where applied to the cell background, however, in column R of the destination worksheet I want it to be applied the duplicate text because the cells in column R will have multiple matches within each cell that matches column B of the originating worksheet. I also need to be able to update the macro results if there is a change in my conditions or text from the originating worksheet.
