I have a schedule spreadsheet I can't get to populate the techs names in cells Z448 - Z490.

In column P 448 - P490 you can see to red cells these should have a 1 in them.

What I have figured out and cant fix is if there is an earlier job number in the D448 - D490 column and I am using the E448 - E490 column because of the date everyone that has a different job number to the left of the column that I am trying to pull from does not get the 1 in the P column.

Can someone figure this out?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
