Excel pivot table locks cells because it goes to the pivottable field list

when toggle between tabs and one of them is an pivot tab, if the selected cell is on the pivot table it will freeze the cell and tab and wont let me move to another cell or tab unless i double click anywhere in the sheet to unfreeze. how can i remove this? <tbody> </tbody>
