Hi
I have a spread sheet which has the same three rows repeated throughout a worksheet; I have VBA which will copy a single row (below), but I'd ideally like to manually select the rows I want to copy (they will always be three or four in a row, no extra rows between them) and then click a button to copy the selected rows and paste duplicates below the bottom copied one...

Sub InSert_Row()
ActiveCell.EntireRow.Copy
ActiveCell.Offset(1).EntireRow.Insert Shift:=xlUp
End Sub

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
How about
Code:
Sub Addrws()
   With Selection
      .EntireRow.Copy
      .Offset(Selection.Rows.Count).EntireRow.Insert
   End With
End Sub
