Can I show a blank if a cell reference is missing?

I have a worksheet that is making cell references to a few HTML files. In most cases I will have all of the HTML files in a designated folder, but sometimes I may be missing an HTML file. In these cases I would want the cells in my worksheet o not give me the values when the HTML file was present, instead I would want it to show as blanks or 0.

For instance, I have language columns in a worksheet and for each language if the corresponding HTML files exist, I want the cell references to populate accordingly. But if a certain language's HTML file is missing, instead of seeing the previous value of the cell reference (when that language's HTML was present), I would want to see either a blank or 0. These values are linked to other cells within the workbook and I don't want to show old data.

By the way, having a cell reference to an HTML file works!

Any ideas would be appreciated.

thanks,
Jaime
