Data Driven API request using excel

G'day,

I have a url for API call:
eg: http://<api ip="" address="">User=<<IPADDRESS>>:123456&Type=XYZ

currently i need to manually change values for those variable to see the status of those users. i get the response in XML.

i have 1000 users and Type of users are PrIV or PER.


for each of those users i want that xml response in Spreadsheet as record/rowitem.
