Trying to determine if I can reference criteria in cells for the values "A" and "B" in the formula. It works as is, but I have not been able to get it to work with referenced cells instead of the actual text.

=SUM(SUMIFS(C15:C18,B15:B18,{"A","B"}))

Lets say I want to use the contents of A2 for what is now "A", and A3 for what is now "B".

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Get the SUMPRODUCT solution, but is there a way to adjust my original formula to reference cell contents?
