Show changes (Track Changes or similar) in a new cell

A1 - original sentence
B1 - edited sentence
C1 - is there a way to show what has changed similar to track changes in this cell?

A1 - My name is Chris
B1 - My name is Dave
C1 - My name is ChrisDave

The word Chris would have a strike throguh it?
