I am working on a worksheet called "Index" and I want to take C8:H8 and copy and paste the content onto worksheet called "Warning."

I want to go to the sheet called "Warning" and find the next empty row and paste.

For some reason I am struggling to figure out how to find he next empty row,

thanks,

Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
try this

Code:
Sub Doit()

With Worksheets("Warning")
lr = .Cells(Rows.Count, "C").End(xlUp).Row + 1
Range(.Cells(lr, "C"), .Cells(lr, "H")).Value = Worksheets("Index").Range("C8:H8").Value
End With

End Sub
