    Default Index/Match formula for specific date range?

    Good day guys. I have a sheet like this https://imgur.com/a/OXju6Bg. Is this possible when I entered date in cell E2&E3 I want the names in the range date that I entered with the value of 1 to appear in cell H3? Thanks

    I had to retype everything into Excel your picture shows. Please provide next time your sample yourself in an Excel readable form.

    In I3 control+shift+enter, not just enter, and copy down:

    =IFERROR(INDEX($B$9:$B$14,SMALL(IF(FREQUENCY(IF($C$8:$R$8>=$E$2,IF($C$8:$R$8<=$E$3,IF($C$9:$R$14=1,MATCH($B$9:$B$14,$B$9:$B$14,0)))),ROW($B$9:$B$14)-ROW($B$9)+1),ROW($B$9:$B$14)-ROW($B$9)+1),ROWS($1:1))),"")
    Assuming too much and qualifying too much are two faces of the same problem.
