how can I format a number in vba below

101.00 = 00101000
90.00 = 00009000
25.50 = 00002550
2300.50 = 02300500

whatever number i use, must have the same 8 digit format.

Hi, assuming you have a typo on your last example you could use something like this, for example:

MsgBox Format(your_number * 100, "00000000")
