Excel Formula to select words (txt) in a cell

Hi Guys
Need your assistance in creating a formula

For eg : the txt as below
Returned Ticket Notification INC000000515843 Returned CI: SAP: Transport Equip Missing Information

Want to get the word after "Returned CI" i.e in this case it is SAP

Want another formula to get the string after SAP i.e I should get Transport Equip Missing Information

Please note that there might other special characters such "-" , ":" or blank space
