I once again ask the help of the Excel community.

In my head this is a very straight forward formula but for the life of me I can't get it to work and no amount of googling seems to help.

I am trying to return the most recent (max) at of columns A & B into column C

Basically stating that if columns A & B are greater than zero (have a date input) then take the latest date and add this will be the date instructed and return this value in column C.

A B C
1 Assessment 1 Assessment 2 Date Instructed
2 10-10-2018 15-10-2018 15-10-2018
3 19-10-2018
4 01-01-2018 27-11-2018 27-11-2018
