I have a workbook used to create budgets for clients. Sometimes they want to have a copy of the budget in excel so I need to export the budget to another workbook that only copies values in cells, row and column height and width and cell formatting but not the formulae in cells. Some text boxes need to be copied too but not buttons. It would be helpful if one could preselect the area to be exported too.

Any idea how this might be done?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Perhaps just provide a picture of the range required? Depends on what your clients want to do with the wb? You could simply copy them a file or maybe add a new sheet to your wb and then set it up so that it can be distributed ie. copy the set up sheet to a new wb and then send the clients that one. HTH.
