VBA. Split one file into multiple ones based on a filtered column

Hello!

I am really new on the VBA world. I worked with several macros from websistes and in some point they do not worked OK.

I have a file with multiple columns. I want to filter by a particularly column (filter by last name) and the selection I want to save it using the as file name the selected criteria (last name)
I looked for this in the forum but I was not able to find it.
I really appreciated your help in here!!
