Edit current filename and add cells value when saving

If I have a file called book5 and in sheet5 A5 it has the value id 222, how do I save the file using both values.

Result should be book5 id 222.xlsm

ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs (sheets("sheet5").Range("A5").Value & ".xslm")

Try:

nombre = Left(ActiveWorkbook.Name, Len(ActiveWorkbook.Name) - 5)
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs (nombre & " " & Sheets("sheet5").Range("A5").Value & ".xlsm")

Didn't realise you had to remove the file extension then add it back in
