i want input from multiple rows on one sheet to fill cells on another sheet in one row

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
Ok I thought of a possible easier way to do this since sheet 1 "A" column is already sent to sheet 2 I need if a "B" column cell on sheet 1 is filled all the input on that row to go to the row the "A" column has created. If there are more then one "B" column cells filled out they are added to the previous input. Once a new "A" cell on sheet 1 is inputted all "B" cell row input goes to the second "A" cell row on sheet 2. So on and so on. I've been trying to figure this out and have no idea what is need to do this and google has failed me partially because I'm sure I'm not asking the right question. Any input on this would be much appreciated thanks in advance
