how to display header value

I want to return the column headings for each x in a record (row) I can find the first using index and match but not subsequent column headings.

VBA or formula?

A formula would simply be (=If(A3="x",A$1,""), which you'd paste in A3 and then drag to the following columns

For VBA

For each cell in ThisWorkbook.Sheets(1).Range("A3:E3")
