Labeling Generations

Hi,

I have list of employees and their date of birth, I need tolabel each employee with the right generation name according to the list below:

Generation
1984-2002 – Millennial

1946-1964 – Baby Boomers

1965-1983 – Gen X
1946-1964 - Baby Boomers
1927-1945 – Traditionalists
Not Available
<tbody> </tbody>


EE Name Date of Birth
A 1/1/1960
B 1/1/1989
C 1/1/1970
D 1/1/1995

Can you help me with sharing the right formula?

I'd probably just use a nested if statement in this case. Where years are in column B:
