reference one cell due to another cell

what function would i use to have a cell in another column reference back to another cell in a differet column?

i need how to get cells in column "B" sheet 1 go to Sheet 2 but on the row the cell in sheet 1 Column "A" created

How do you make cells in multiple rows go to a designated row on another sheet if another cell in another designated column has input and add for a total until another cell gets input in it in a designated column?
