copying a table from this form to excel

Hi
I was reading another post in this form and that post has a table like the one below. So I tried it to copy that table from this form to excel. but did not work, they all ended up in one cell. How can I copy a table from here (this form, like the one below) to excel? is that possible? Thank you very much.

You can copy directly from the forum.....IF you highlight from outside of the borders of the not just the data within the boxes
So, in this case, if you highlight from the end of...."thank you very much" down to just above the "reply" bar, it should paste correctly !

I always wonder how they post a Table like above into this forum.
When I try it only paste the data and not the borders even thou my Table has borders

Paste your data. Then select "Table Properties" icon (the second one, after Table icon). It will pick your Rows # and Col #. Just click on Table Style menu and select Full Grid. Hope that helps.
