Prebuild strategies

Every year our organization holds a large concours car show. Every year "they" change something in the format in some way that requires me to tweak my spreadsheet. I am looking for a strategy were I am not renaming ranges etc.

I am looking for labeling/name strategy that is more flexible. Any "must reads" for pre-build of my new workbook?
