Formula for working days?

Is it possible to create a formula which tells you the total number of working days (Monday to Friday) in between 2 dates?

For example,

I would like to have 3 columns with the first column called "Start Date", the second column called "Finish Date", the third column called "Working Days".

In the Start date, if I enter 1st March 2019 and in the Finish Date if I enter 1st August 2019, I would like the Working days column to display "111" or "107" if excluding public the 4 public holidays during that time.

Is this possible to do at all?

Excel has a WORKDAY function.

Good point. As workday isnt going to help here
