COUNTIF range is blank

Hi,

Looking to count all the numbers in range H:H but only if A:A contains the value in cell V28 & G: is blank.

COUNTIFS but struggling with correct syntax.

=COUNTIFS(A5:A7,$V$28,G5:G7,"")

just need to adjust the range of A and G to suite your spreadsheet

=SUM(IF(A:A=V28,IF(G:G="",IF(ISNUMBER(H:H),1))))
