Exporting data to a pre-formatted table

I export data with the same columns & headers every quarter or so from different regions. I was wondering if there was a way to have a pre-formatted table with the same column sizes, formatting, headers, etc that I could just import the data to.

As of right now I export the data, turn it into a table, mess with formatting/colors/column widths to make everything look pretty. It gets cumbersome for 12 different regions. What's the best way to do this when tables are involved??

Thank you in advance for the help.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
I had a similar situation before...

I set up sheet # 2 with formulas to grab all of the data off of the first sheet of my workbook.
I would then download into the first sheet and all of the info would transfer to the second sheet via formulas...
Then I would copy the second sheet into a third sheet and paste as values only in order to get rid of the formulas looking at the first sheet.
Then change the data in Sheet # 3 into a Table.
Its just an idea...It was quicker...
